cranberry mango chutney


1 T evoo
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c fresh cranberries
1 fresh mango, diced
1/2 c water
1/4 c raisins
1.5 T curry powder
2 T agave nectar
2 T cilantro
pinch salt

Sauté onions until soft, then add cranberries, mango, water, raisins, curry powder, and agave.  Bring to a boil, then simmer about 10 minutes, until liquid is absorbed and everything has caramelized.  Stir in salt and cilantro.
